Platinum-cured silicone micro-flow tubing for DG and DT series pump heads. 0.5–3 mm bore, 0.92 mm wall, rated to 2 bar. Ideal for aqueous media — not for acids or solvents.
Priced per coil or cut length. 20 m = 65.6 ft. Straps are required to fit DG / DT10 / DW / FZ heads — the 6 ft lengths arrive with 2 fitted; coils are available with or without a pack of 10.
Platinum-cured (rather than peroxide-cured) silicone is the cleaner of the two cures: no peroxide by-products to leach, lower extractables, and noticeably better clarity. It is the sensible default where the fluid path matters — reagent transfer, sampling, and anything destined for analysis.
Silicone is excellent for aqueous solutions, buffers, culture media and most water-treatment dosing. It is not a universal tubing. If you are pumping anything aggressive, tell us what it is before you order — for those duties a fluoropolymer or PharMed-type tubing is the honest answer, and we would rather point you at one than sell you a coil that dies in a week.
Rule of thumb on wear: in a peristaltic pump the tubing is the only wetted part, so it is also the consumable. If your dispensed volume has drifted more than a couple of percent and recalibrating no longer holds, change the tubing before you suspect the pump.
Sizes are quoted as bore × wall in millimetres. Outside diameter is bore + (2 × wall). Note that the finest bore, 0.5 mm, is priced the same as the widest — drawing a very small bore to tolerance is the harder job.

This tubing is made for DG and DT series micro-flow pump heads. The manufacturer specifically lists the 0.5 × 0.92 size against DG6, DG10, DW10 and FZ10 heads.
Tubing is held into DG, DT10, DW and FZ series heads with straps — the tubing alone will not seat correctly without them. That's why every option here is either sold with straps or offered alongside a pack of them:

Email us your head model number — and your target flow rate and fluid if you have them — and we'll confirm the bore before you buy. That check is free and takes us a few minutes.
Consumables are not returnable once opened — see our returns policy. This is exactly why we'd rather confirm your size and your fluid by email first than have you buy a coil you can't use.
